Here’s how we bring your project to life:
1. In-home consultation and design
We’ll meet with you on-site in Ham Lake, Andover, or a nearby area to go over layout ideas, elevation changes, and the best TimberTech product line for your home. Whether you’re leaning toward Azek Vintage, PRO Legacy, or EDGE Prime+, we’ll bring samples and help you compare color options, board widths, and finishes.
2. Material selection and planning
Once you’ve selected your board style, we’ll help you pick accessories like matching fascia, color-matched fasteners, hidden clip systems, TimberTech railing systems (like Classic Composite or Impression Rail Express®), and even integrated deck lighting if you want to extend your outdoor use into the evening.
3. Permits and site prep
We take care of all permits and ensure the design meets Minnesota building codes. We’ll also plan joist spacing based on the board type—narrow, standard, or wide-width boards—to prevent flexing and support long-term structural integrity.
